Catalogue of H-alpha emission stars in the Northern Milky

An interesting research project will start in late 2010, early 2011: a
team of observers, in collaboration with the Asiago Astronomical Observatory will
begin a series of photometric measurements on stars with strong H-alpha
emission
The
"Catalogue of Stars in the Northern Milky Way Having H-alpha in
Emission" appears in Abhandlungen aus der Hamburger Sternwarte, Band XI in
the year 1997. It contains 4174 stars
Not only photometric
measurements but also the acquisition of spectra of objects
In recent months (summer 2010) we are defining
the targets and completing the briefings to members of the team
